This was our first time ordering from Instant Fit Shutters after seeing them advertised by an account I follow on instagram. We had looked into various shutter specialists previously but they all charged extortionate prices for fitting. Therefore, Instant Fit Shutters was an ideal choice to save on fitting but not compromise on quality. I found the instructions for the measurements a little confusing at first but the appointment service with a employee (not a robot) answered all my questions.
Unfortunately, we did have a little hiccup when it came to delivery but the customer service team really listened and went the extra mile. Therefore, I would use the company again despite this issue. I am over the moon with how they look and I’m super impressed with the quality. I want them on every window now!
